Job Title: IT ServiceMax Developer

Experience: Minimum 5 years in ServiceMax development

Job Description:

• Develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions based on provided specifications.

  
  

• Implement and maintain ServiceMax components such as workflows, custom objects, and user interfaces.

  
  

• Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce applications and other third-party systems.

  
  

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

  
  

• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance of ServiceMax applications.

  
  

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceMax functionalities.

  
  

• Stay updated on the latest ServiceMax features and best practices to enhance service delivery.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ServiceMax application.

  
  

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

  
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.

  
  

• Experience with ERP integrations and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).

  
  

• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

  
  

• ServiceMax administration certifications are a plus.
