Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot services using microservices architecture patterns.
* Build and enhance React-based UI components with reusable, maintainable front-end patterns.
* Define and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring robust validation, error handling, and versioning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
* Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing practices for both frontend and backend.
* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
* Participate in code reviews, improve coding standards, and mentor peers through constructive feedback.
* Optimize application performance and reliability through profiling, tuning, and thoughtful design.

Minimum Qualifications:
* BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3-5 years of hands-on development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building backend services.
* Solid experience implementing Microservices, including service boundaries and inter-service communication.
* Strong working knowledge of ReactJS for building responsive, component-driven UIs.
* Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
