Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices, and Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and resilient applications that meet the needs of our clients.
Software Requirements
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Expertise in Spring Framework and building Microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of RESTful API development standards and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on system design specifications.
- Lead the architecture and coding of high-performance, enterprise-grade applications.
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Drive continuous improvement and agile best practices within the development team.

- Core Development: Proficient in Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing and developing Microservices, understanding of Domain Driven Design.
- Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including their respective services and management tools.
- Database Management: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and ORM tools.
- Security: Understanding of OAuth, JWT, SSL, data encryption, and other security protocols.
- Testing: Experience in TDD/BDD, unit testing, integration testing, and use of testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery for enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Microservices development.
- Practical experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure).

- Collaborate with the product team to define software requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust Java applications.
- Implement Microservices that interact with various cross-platform systems.
- Deploy applications to cloud environments and manage their lifecycle.
- Monitor performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high availability and speed.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for software solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Java and Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure) are preferred.
