How You Will Contribute:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BPI Project Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skill. Foundation in Core Java, Database, CI/CD deployment, and a basic understanding of Private and Public Cloud services like AWS is required . Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage. This is a remote position based out of India, and the successful candidate will be expected to work during US time zones.

• Provide technical support for the BPI projects, including troubleshooting and problem resolution and general support.
• Work during US time zones to ensure smooth communication with global team members.
• Work in maintenance releases for BPI CRT team.
• Use Core Java and Database knowledge to develop and optimize project small features.
• Work with private and public cloud platforms like Open stack and AWS for bug fixing ang debugging.
• Collaborate with team members to improve project quality and efficiency.

The Must Haves:

• 0.6 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work during US time zones.
• Proficient in Core Java and Database management.
• Experience with CI/CD is required.
• Basic understanding of private and public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.
