The charter for this role will include:
1. Calendar management, travel arrangements.
2. Administration duties on an ad-hoc basis.
3. Track the progress of key projects, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Follow up on action items and ensure submitted within designated time frames.
5. Act as the point of contact between key internal/external clients.
6. Conduct research and select data to prepare documents needed.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience
2. Highly Diligent & Disciplined
3. Hands-on, adept at multitasking
4. Attention to details
5. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff.
