We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer who has in-depth understanding of salesforce platform & customizations. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of implementing the lightning experience and communities along with integration with other systems in IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Understand functional requirements and technical implementation for the same in Salesforce platform.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code, flows, workflows with best practices.
- Learn the new features available in Salesforce and use those in implementations.
- Work with other internal teams for integration designs and roadmap.
- Work with business stakeholders for the detailed requirements as needed.
- Provide progress of implementations to the product owners
- Complex issue debugging in async operations and integrations.
- Identify the technical debts and work with product owners to align with roadmap.
- Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 90% code coverage.
- Plan the deployments to production along with product owners.
- Develop the lightning aura component and lightning web components as needed.
- Open to learn features and functionalities of the applications connected to salesforce.
- Integrate salesforce with all connected applications and find the issues in the integration as needed.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience Salesforce customizations & integrations
- Experience in working on Sales cloud & understand the service cloud implementation.
- Apex development
- Experience working with visual studio code or similar editor.
- Visualforce page development
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
- Lightning component development, Lightning design development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple other applications.
- Experience on working on the GTM roadmap is added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
