YOUR IMPACT:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade cloud applications that support business-critical operations for global customers. You will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using modern Java technologies.

  
  
  

• Build scalable and secure cloud-native applications based on microservices architecture.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Cloud Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  
  
  

• Review technical designs, estimate development efforts, and guide implementation across projects.

  
  
  

• Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure software development.

  
  
  

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

  
  
  

• Mentor software engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

  
  
  

• Drive modernization initiatives by improving existing applications and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.

What you will need to succeed:

Must-have Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  
  

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise software development with a strong background in Java-based technologies.

  
  
  
• Strong experience in Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.

• Experience building Microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.

  
  
  

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

  
  
  

• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of software design principles, secure coding practices, and scalable application architecture.

  
  
  

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.

  
  
  

• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis skills.

  
  
  

• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  
  
  

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.

  
  
  

• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.

  
  
  

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).

  
  
  

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.

  
  
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
