Position: Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Billing to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce platform customization and revenue lifecycle management.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ and Billing
• Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting workflows
• Develop and customize CPQ components such as:
  • Product Rules
  • Price Rules
  • Quote Templates
  • Approval Processes
• Implement and manage billing processes, including invoicing, subscriptions, and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, finance systems)
• Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
• Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization
• Provide production support and continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Must have 7+ years of relevant IT experience and 2+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
  • Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
• Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle
• Proficiency in:
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with:
  • Product bundling & configuration
  • Pricing strategies (tiered, block, discount schedules)
  • Subscription and contract lifecycle management
• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
