Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SSIV execution for customer programs, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

  
  

• Define and govern software branch strategy, configuration management, and software part number control for generic and customer-specific releases.

  
  

• Integrate generic and customer-specific software, including bug fixes, approved scope changes, and configuration updates.

  
  

• Drive system integration, performing hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across HW/SW systems.

  
  

• Lead defect triage and critical issue resolution in collaboration with development teams; ensure proper classification (SW/HW/config/tooling).

  
  

Required Skills:

• 8–12+ years of experience

  
  

• Experience in C++/Java Programming

  
  

• Experience in Python or Selenium

  
  

• Experience in automation testing (functional & non-functional) and test frameworks

  
  

• Experience in system integration, performing hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across HW/SW systems ( Software deployment on hardware )

  
  

• Experience with software development and system-level debugging

  
  

• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix/Android systems Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet) and databases (e.g., MySQL)

  
  

• Experience with configuration management, software branching strategies, and release management Expertise in defect management tools (JIRA, ClearQuest) and Agile methodologies

  
  

• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot HW/SW issues, and identify system-level defects.
