This role will be based in the HYD13 office in Hyderabad, India.
The Learning Program Manager for Leadership Development & Business Acumen, is an active member of the EU ATS Learning team, owning and supporting network-wide initiatives. They will own & lead the design and delivery of learning programs based on the learning priorities of our ATS customer.
Key job responsibilities
DESCRIPTION
This is a unique role that is a 50/50 split between Learning Experience Design and Communication Training, primarily focused on the EU ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) team in India, but with the potential for EU/India-wide projects.
Learning Experience Design (50% of role):
• Design and develop online learning experiences that build leadership development and business acumen for the EU ATS team in India
• Use video, graphic design, instructional design, and content management tools to create engaging content
• Manage localization processes and work with global stakeholders including program managers, content strategy leads, and language service providers
• Lead initiatives to enhance the instructional content's efficacy, satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency for the India and potentially EU-wide ATS teams
• Identify areas for improvement in our tools or processes that can scale the team and reduce time-to-launch
Communication Training (50% of role):
• Facilitate communication skills training for the EU ATS team in India to improve their voice and written communication
• Drive initiatives and programs to continuously improve the communication skills of the EU ATS team in India and potentially EU-wide
• Examine data to identify the ongoing learning needs of the EU ATS team
• Design, build, and audit communication training content, using data to determine effectiveness
• Coordinate and handle all aspects of communication skills training, including scheduling, onboarding, and engagement tracking
As part of the application process, you will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing your learning experience design work (e.g. eLearning, video content) as well as a demonstrating your facilitation skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years developing eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline and Rise
• 2+ years of learning program or project management experience
• 2+ year instructional design
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience driving program strategy, collaborating on end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 2+ years delivery of Communications training with strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chrome and Outlook
• Time Management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and flexibility to work in different shifts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience creating or managing multi-media content (Adobe Premier Pro)
• Bachelor's degree or above in pedagogy, instructional design, education, or a related field
A day in the life
Candidates should have a creative, hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of creating Learning content, manage projects independently and focus on the learning experience for a curriculum. Will also provide technical and specialized expertise on solution design.
They will have knowledge on instructional design, Learning Management Systems and possess effective presentation and persuasion skills. This role requires the ability to influence without authority.
. Will work to standardize, simplify and improve the overall learning experience across ATS. They will consistently seek to make a positive impact on key business metrics, which include, safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
