ERP Process Management: Process consulting in process areas, mainly sales and distribution. SAP ERP support for managing processes in Sales, Purchase, Finance and controlling areas to ensure uninterrupted running of processes and customer billing
Strategy Implementation : Implement IT / Digital strategy to create and sustain the required IT services and get differentiated value to business/function
Tech Governance & Compliance : Advise and support to ensure IT/Digital initiatives align with the organization's overall technology strategy and compliance requirements.
Budget Planning and Management : Plan and support planning budget requirements for projects, infrastructure and other activities within the corporate functions
Stakeholder Management : Develop a strong relationships with corporate function leaders and IT/Digital teams to facilitate business partnering collaboration
Change management : Manage the change process, including communication and training to new teams, to ensure smooth adoption of IT and digital solutions within corporate functions.
People Management : Develop current and future competencies in line with the latest IT trends and manage resources to enhance employee experience across regions
Project management and coordination : Implementation coordination OR project management for SAP ERP and digital projects to cater to current and future business requirements and leverage new technology
Qualification
B.E. in any discipline (IT is preferred) or MCA or equivalent
Experience
12-15 years of overall experience, thereof at least 5 year in business process consulting, IT business partner.
Experience in SAP ERP in any of the three core process areas (Sales, purchase, finanace, controlling)
Experience in technology governace and compliance requirements
Experience in implementing technology strategy is preferred
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of understanding IT architecture, IT Security Management and governing guidelines and IT services management. Basic understanding on application lifecycle development
Functional Skills:
Competent in Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP - ERP) and customizing solutions for business needs
Competent in understanding business use cases and proactively proposing real-time application of technology
Competent in analytical thinking and problem-solving Basic knowledge in consulting on appropriate solution to meet business needs
Competent in communicating and collaborating across diverse functions.
