Role Overview

What will you do in this role:

• Provide technical leadership to teams through guidance and mentorship.

  
  
  

• Help create solutions that apply the defined standard of engineering to deliverstate-of-the-artautomation.

  
  
  

• Provide direction for the team and empower innovation to drive the next generation of automation capabilities.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with others in driving delivery of automations, applications, and reusability within the organization.

  
  
  

• Foster engagement, retention, and employee growth within the team.

  
  
  

• Work with Tech Leads to provide thought leadership, oversight, and direction for the technical solution design.

  
  
  

• Ensure maximization of reuse by assessing all development for reusability.

  
  
  

• Ensure engineersmaintaincompliance with coding standards and quality expectations.

  
  
  

• Provide thought leadership in test-driven development and quality assurance approaches.

  
  
  

• Lead a team ofFull Stackengineers.

  
  
  

• Inspire the team andmaintaina high levelof engagement.

  
  
  

• Manage employees, ensuring a collaborative and effective working environment.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with Tech Leads, scrum masters,Business Analyststo drive correct technical solutions and leadership.

  
  
  

What should you have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science.

  
  
  

• At least 8 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility beginning with code-level engineer roles and culminating in a supervisor position.

  
  
  

• 5+ years oftrack recordin delivering effective engineering solutions in a complex, international company withexperience in leading team.

  
  
  

• Experience with technical oversight of a team of at least 5 engineers.

  
  
  

• Extensive use of agile product development methodologies and DevOps tools.

  
  
  

Primary skills (must-have)

• Proficient in full stack (C#, Java, Python, React), SQL, CI/CD tools and practices, APIs,dataandCloud.

  
  
  

• Support deployment and operationalization of solutions using cloud platforms such as AWSor Azure.

  
  
  

• Understands and engaged in cloud computing, infrastructure as code, cloud-native principles & microservices design.

  
  
  

• Problem solver able to map the best technology available to the business needs in an elegant comprehensive solution design.

  
  
  

• Effective communicator able to gain alignment, ensure clarity, and explain complex principles.

  
  
  

• Proficient manager of engineering squads.

  
  
  

• Capable technical mentor and career guide.

  
  
  

Secondary skills (nice to have)

• Experienceleveragingthe AI tools like Copilot, Claude etc. for development.

  
  
  

• Experience in building Gen AI, Agentic AI solutions.
