Role Description:
Market and Customer Research MBA Intern to join our team project focused on digital products in aviation material & maintenance space. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in gathering insights into market trends and customer preferences for Digital Products in aviation (material and maintenance space) and to drive strategic decision-making and digital product development initiatives.
Main Activities:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within digital products used in the aviation maintenance and materials space.
2. Assist with competitor analysis, including researching existing digital maintenance products and their features
3. Identify & analyze market data, including industry reports, customer surveys, and competitor offerings, to extract actionable insights
4. Support the creation of market research reports, presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams.
Required Competencies:
1. Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
2. Proficiency in Google Office suite with analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
4. Detail-oriented with a passion for conducting thorough research and analysis.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
6. Interest in the aviation industry and digital product development is preferred but not required.
