Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Master Data Management (MDM) systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders), provide technical expertise to streamline operations, and lead efforts to bring automation across modules using open-source tools and DevOps methodologies.

You’ll specifically perform development activities on MDM Platform that is TIBCO EBX6.

We’ll look to you for:

• Working as a senior developer with technical expertise in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM technologies

  
  

• Designing and implementing enterprise services and platform operations

  
  

• Driving automation across modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring)

  
  

• Strong experience on Application server, Java, Database, architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise services, and platform operations

  
  

• Providing technical expertise in bringing-in automation across Modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring, etc) using Open Source tools, APM, Visual VM

  
  

• Handling large-scale data transformations, migrations, and integrations

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  
  

• 3-5 years of experience developing solutions in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM tools

  
  

• Strong expertise in application servers, Java, and databases

  
  

• Familiarity with REST, JSON, XML, Web Security, Tomcat, API, and SQL

  
  

• Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies such as CI/CD, using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Nexus Repository

  
  

• Knowledge of Java core libraries, object-oriented design, and design patterns

  
  

• Knowledge in database management, including SQL, procedures, functions, triggers, and views

  
  

• Experience in building prototypes, POCs, and UI for demonstrations

  
  

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and assess the impact of requirements and changes to data structures

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  
  

• Ability to work in an international environment with remote teams

  
  

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  
  

• Team player with good communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
