Key Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
* Build reusable, responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices.
* Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express and integrate them with front-end workflows.
* Model and manage data using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Quality, Performance & Collaboration
* Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
* Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve reliability and observability.
* Collaborate with product/design/QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
* Maintain documentation for APIs, components, and key technical decisions to support team alignment.
AI-Enabled Feature Delivery
* Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (e.g., intelligent recommendations, summarization, or automation) aligned with product needs.
* Integrate AI services or APIs into existing workflows while ensuring data privacy and responsible usage.

Minimum Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience building web applications using the MERN stack.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js.
* Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance-aware querying.
* Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT, session-based auth) and secure API design.
* Experience working with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices.
* Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
