The Role

• Administer, configure, and maintain theMuleSoftAnypointPlatform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange,CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and other platform components as applicable. 

  
  

• Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Mule applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. 

  
  

• Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities. 

  
  

• Administer and supportManaged File Transfer (MFT)solutions, ensuring secure and reliable file exchanges. 

  
  

• Monitor platform health, application performance, and system availability using enterprise monitoring tools. 

  
  

• Implement security best practices, including SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, authorization, and API security policies. 

  
  

• Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting. 

  
  

• Work closely with integration developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and application owners to resolve production issues. 

  
  

• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes. 

  
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles. 

  
  

• Provide production support and participate in24x7 rotational shiftand on-call support as required.

Required skills and experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience inMuleSoft Administration. 

  
  

• Strong expertise inMuleSoftAnypointPlatform Administration. 

  
  

• Experience administeringCloudHub,Runtime Manager,API Manager,Exchange, and/orRuntime Fabric. 

  
  

• Hands-on experience withManaged File Transfer (MFT)platforms. 

  
  

• Good knowledge of scripting usingShell, Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages for automation. 

  
  

• Experience with middleware monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning. 

  
  

• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration. 

  
  

• Knowledge of networking concepts, SSL/TLS, certificates, load balancing, proxies, and API security. 

  
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. 

  
  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 

  
  

Preferred skills and experience

• MuleSoft Certified Administrator or MuleSoft Platform-related certifications are highly desirable. 

  
  

• Experience with enterprise integration architectures and API lifecycle management. 

  
  

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

  
  

• Experience with container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. 

  
  

• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar. 

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

  
  

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). 

  
  

• Exposure to enterprise messaging technologies and integration platforms. 

  
  

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise production support environments.
