Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and ReactJS for high performance and usability.
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, and reliable error handling.
* Implement responsive UI components with React, focusing on accessibility, reusability, and consistent UX patterns.
* Work with databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data access patterns.
* Ensure application security using best practices (authentication/authorization, secure coding, and data protection).
* Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time.
* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
* Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements (e.g., smart search, recommendations, automation) where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development with ReactJS.
* Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful services.
* Solid experience with React fundamentals, component-based architecture, and state management concepts.
* Experience working with relational databases and writing performant queries.
* Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows.
