Network Provisioner (Data Circuits) -Rotational Shifts

About the Team:
This team works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. Provides project status reports to management or senior peers.
What you will be doing:
- Design, provision, change and disconnect network circuits.
- Audit utilizations to determine circuit usage and billing.
- Create and submit appropriate Request templates to initiate LEC actions.
- Utilize telecom systems to track all activities during the provisioning process.
- Manage queue performance per workflow process in a timely manner, On-time delivery.
- Closely working with the vendors for Incident resolution and RCA.
- Phone/ email communications to all stakeholders on task updates.
What you bring:
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in ISP, Data Services, LAN , WAN, Vendor Management, Project Coordination,
- Experience in work and provision in all systems (Ethernet, SDWAN, DIA, SIP, Broadband and Wireless)
- Knowledge/familiarity with networking concepts, VLAN, handoffs and activations.
- Prior wireline/ wireless network provisioning experience.
- Familiarity with provisioning applications (Telco portals)
- Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Added bonus if you have:
- Exposure ServiceNow (SNOW) incident management system
- Professional experience working with Cisco and network service providers such as Lumen, Zayo, AT&T, Verizon, etc.
- Familiar with Visio drawings and validate record updating.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Proficiency in order request submission and coordination to LEC
