Network Security Engineer Cloud L2 Location: Bangalore We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of our enterprise network with a strong focus on Azure Firewall and Azure Networking solutions along with experience in Palo Alto firewall technologies ________________________________________ What youll do Provide 1st2nd line technical support incident management monitoring firewall and Azure network health Report and track security issues hardware RMAs etc Manage operational maintenance activities for Azure Firewall Azure networking components VNet NSG UDR VPN Gateway ExpressRoute and Palo Alto firewalls; implement changes as required Provide monitoring fault management and remediation of alerts Perform tuning optimization of monitoring systems Assist with root cause analysis of security and network-related incidents Complete daily checks and operational handover duties Assist with periodic network security reviews and analysis Help establish operational procedures support documentation Join Command Center bridge calls to troubleshoot firewall and Azure network-related issues Review ServiceNow requests and follow the change management cycle to complete requirements Provision and configure Azure Firewall Azure networking components and Palo Alto firewalls based on customer requirements; perform firmware upgrades and apply latest security patches as per client policy Work in an 8x5 rotational shift Australia East Time Zone ________________________________________ Must Haves 3 7 years experience in Network Security operationssupport role Strong hands-on experience with Azure Firewall and Azure Networking VNet NSG UDR VPN Gateway Load Balancer ExpressRoute Experience in designing implementing and troubleshooting Azure network security architectures Working experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls App-ID User-ID security profiles policy management GlobalProtect Experience in Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN solutions Good understanding of network routing and switching fundamentals Excellent communication skills ________________________________________ Nice to Haves Experience with Cisco networking routing switching Experience with Prisma Cloud Formal technical certification such as AZ-700 Azure Network Engineer Associate PCNSA Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator or equivalent
