Roles & responsibilities

• Spearhead Implementation of new module creation and technology upgrade projects

  
  

• Responsible for mentoring development teams, taking key decisions in Technology architecture and deployment.

  
  

• Provide configuration and setup options in new school rollout.

  
  

• Build and train software development teams and module lead.

  
  

• Plan and delegate technical work of team members.

  
  

• Ability to analyse user requirements, communicate and advise technical solutions.

  
  

• In charge of software development process and methodology and coding standards

  
  

• Guide the development process and creating a high functioning team.

  
  

• Create UI Prototype, Technology POC’s and new technology rollout.

  
  

• Effective management of application rollout and implementation

  
  

• Design and manage best practices and coding standards required for the project.

  
  

• Create application architecture and build source code libraries.

  
  

• Assistance in Project Management to Delivery Manager

  
  

Technical

ASP.net, MVC /Core / C# and SQLserver 2012 and above, Sound knowledge of SDLC. Knowledge of UI – bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, Angular is an added advantage.

Skills

Proven work experience as Technical Architect or Tech lead developer, Wireframing and Prototyping experience Knowledge of strategic IT solutions, good problem-solving skills. Team management and leadership

Experience
