As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in proactive monitoring of systems, ensuring that all services are running optimally and addressing any potential disruptions before they impact users. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
