Description

• Responsible for the PPE's adherence at shop floor.
• Responsible to conduct the Morning PID in the respective zone.
• Responsible to maintain the 5'S in the respective zone.
• Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of tackles, accessories.
• Should focus on improvement in PQVC metrics.
• Responsible to highlight the incoming quality issues.
• Responsible to reduce the defects generated in the respective zone.
• Responsible to meet the shift targets.
• Responsible to controls the indirect consumables in the respective zone.

Basic Qualifications

• A Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Automobile is required for this position.
• 2 - 4 years of Relevant work experience in Paint shop production.
• Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
• Must be willing to work outside of normal work hours including overtime and alternate shifts.
• Personal computer skills and the ability to use standard software tools.

Top Candidates will also have

• Experience working in Paint shop production – Car industries, Heavy Vehicle industries.
• Team handling experience.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts.

Location – Thiruvallur – Tamil Nadu – India 

% of Travel : 10 %
