As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are well aligned with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across systems. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration of cloud-based applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in complex systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
