As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability to provide uninterrupted service. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Management.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using Mulesoft tools.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in extending packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and configuration issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
