Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of newly subscribed partners.
  • Ownership of partner training on platform, web, and app usage.
  • Identify sales & retention opportunities and act on them to meet target KPI’S.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive partner excellence and engagement.
  • Account management with partners on their strategies and business development to ensure the highest potential.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts, inside and outside the industry for further development and potential synergies to scale and grow.
  • Be a brand ambassador, while playing a key role in maintaining the brand’s value proposition & commitment.

Requirements
  • Language Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali
  • 2+ years of experience as a sales development representative or account manager.
  • Business orientation with a forward-thinking and scale-up approach
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization– a huge advantage.
  • Experience with B2B sales, and knowledge in the Livestream industry- a big advantage
  • Experience with platform usage / CRM – advantage.
