Name of the position: Pathology technician
Job location: Bangalore
No. of vacancies: 1
Age criteria: Between 25 to 35 yrs
Educational background required: Agri graduate
Experience required: At least 2yrs experience in seed health/ pathology
Salary bracket: Best for A class player
Job specification
• Independend execution and assessment of all more complex tests/productions, as well as the recording of all related results of the department/crop/productions in designated systems, signalling abnormalities and solving process related problems together with stakeholders
• Suggesting proposals for purchase of new equipment and testing the new equipment, testing and implementation of the new/modified software for the own site, and helping employees use software
• Coordination of the execution and, if applicable, reporting of the implementation studies
• (Co)-responsible for quality assurance at the department, where appropriate responding immediately, and proposing improvements
• Planning own activities, monitoring the progress of tasks/projects at the department, signalling and solving problems in consultation with the manager
• Co-responsible for a healthy and safe work environment
Must haves
• Ability to handle and work with basic laboratory equipments
• High on integrity and business ethics
• Must be a good communicator & collaborator
• Ability to take critical decisions and problem solver
• Must have basic computer operating skills.

2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for 1st level interview with Pathologist, R&D Manager and HR
3. Final interview of shortlisted candidates ( in 1st level interview) will be interviewed by Regional Director.
