Job Description

As our NielsenIQ HR Organization continues to evolve to meet the changing demands of the business and the workforce we will be challenged to find new ways to deliver value to the organization with a focus on efficiency and simplicity. To enable this transformation, we set up a new Employee Experience (EE) team to focus on delivering with excellence against our most fundamental HR needs.


The team focuses on HR processes that directly impact the employees’ experience daily, like time tracking and absence, HR documents, benefits and policies administration, and employee data management, as well as milestones like Onboarding and Offboarding.


The Performance Excellence Senior Executive will work with the Global P.E. Lead and the entire EE global team, ensuring we deliver with excellence and improve the overall employee experience. Performance Excellence’s main goal is to look for ways to simplify, standardize and automate EE’s team work wherever possible, through the creation, maintenance and enhancements of global processes and tools.


In this role you will:


  • Ensure operational excellence of MEET&GREET, our home-built internal platform through which we share information on benefits, policies and the everyday HR processes with employees, managers and HRBPs, and where we collect and respond to their queries
  • Work on periodical analysis of M&G data through both PowerBI and Excel for ad hoc deep dives
  • Collect feedback on the platform from our main stakeholders and implement key changes to its design in Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Review our policies, processes, and ways of working holistically for opportunities to streamline - eliminate waste and redundancy, by collecting market-level data, collaborating in the design of improvements and the project management for implementing the changes
  • Participate in the design and testing phase of the Workday Help module that will substitute the platform in a year.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the new Workday module by coordinating and training local teams
  • Anticipate problems and clear the path on behalf of the Global P.E. Lead.

We’re looking for people who have:


  • Understanding of common HR administrative and operational work across employee full cycle administration including and not limited to pre-boarding, background verification, benefits administration, employee queries, documentation management, letter requests, international transfer / mobility, and offboarding.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to learn and able to take learning opportunities when they arise
  • Able to build strong partnerships and work closely with people across all levels of the company.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Qualification


  • Preferably a master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics or HR
  • 3+ years’ work experience, preferably in complex corporate structures (multi-national companies preferred), ideally in HR systems and operations
  • Good knowledge and experience of data analysis techniques and tools
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of MS-Excel
  • Good hands-on experience of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.   
  • An ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills are a must.
