Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.
 

Partner with the best
 

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Contribute in the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole. Develops a strategic midterm plan for the manufacturing unit based on the agreed strategic plan for the whole unit.
 

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Providing leadership and direction to Supply chain resources in improving on-time delivery and quality for our customers.
• Driving KPIs through successful implementation of processes and practices, including tracking progress and reporting on the responsible workstream.
• Working with key functional partners to continue to develop the strategy, and prioritize goals & objectives to optimize processes while maintaining or exceeding current standards.
• Executing Lean deployment strategy.
• Supporting and influencing business leaders in the evolution of the new organization through integration efforts with Product Line GM’s
• Providing leadership to ensure the appropriate staffing, training, development and performance management of the global team.
• Leading and mentoring direct reports to strengthen personal and business growth and breadth.
• Communicating progress, status, and issues to Senior Leadership and functional leaders as required
• Performing data analytics using data from various sources and identifying drivers and trends.

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering or Business discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Have 15+ years’ experience and demonstrated success/knowledge (areas of experience – Supply chain Quality, Commercial, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Materials etc.)
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of leadership-level experience required.
• Be comfortable analyzing and evaluating data to detect trends and take action.
• Able to fluently speak and write in English
