Job Description

Location: Hyderabad


Position Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:


Project Coordination:


  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes-taking.

Support PMO Processes:


  • Responsible for tracking the revenue for R & E accounts with all the stakeholders.
  • Support project managers in adhering to project management standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and procedures.

Resource Management:


  • Manages resource utilization and provide reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with RMG team for resource allocation/deallocation
  • Collaborate with TAG team, provide TAG updates, and follow-up with TAG team for requests closure.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in project coordination or support roles, preferably in business operations / PMO function.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
