Be you, join us. We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead our API Management team's efforts in shaping the success of our software products and services. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that align with our company's goals and customer needs.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and is a key player within our organization's product development ecosystem. The API Management team is renowned for its collaborative spirit, cutting-edge approach to technology, and unwavering commitment to delivering excellence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, as well as engage with business stakeholders and executives to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

Essential Functions:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Act as the product owner in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
- Plan and execute product launches, collaborating with the marketing team.
- Analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
Strong experience in API Management market understanding.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
