Job Description

Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate commercial leases and loan agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial viability. - Partner with clients to assess financing needs and deliver tailored leasing and lending solutions. - Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential lending and leasing opportunities. - Support negotiation of terms and conditions for lease and loan transactions to secure favorable outcomes. - Track and monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of leasing and lending transactions. - Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support senior management and client presentations.
