Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules.
  
• Monitor production performance and improve efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering and quality teams.
  
• Ensure timely execution of production as per customer requirements.
  
• Maintain production MIS reports and performance dashboards.
  
• Analyze production bottlenecks, downtime and scrap, recommending corrective actions.
  
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
  
• Support inventory planning, MRP and project execution activities.
  

Required Skills

• Production Planning – Prepare production schedules and work orders.
  
• MRP & Inventory Control – Ensure material availability and stock optimization.
  
• Lean Manufacturing – Implement Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• MIS & Production Reporting – Prepare production dashboards and performance reports.
  
• Cross-functional Coordination – Work with production, procurement, engineering and quality teams.

Work Experience Requirements
