An Ideal Candidate:

5–10 years of experience in industrial construction projects involving PEB sheds, RCC works,

infrastructure works, and contractor management.

Key Competencies:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.

• Coordinate execution of PEB foundations, anchor bolts, steel erection, roofing, and cladding

works.

• Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, roads, drains, and utility works.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Verify measurements and contractor bills.

• Track project schedules and report delays.

• Maintain site records, DPRs, and progress reports.

• Monitor material consumption and site inventory.

• Support quality assurance and testing activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.

Technical Skills

• Industrial civil construction

• Quantity estimation and measurement verification

• Reading construction drawings

• MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project (preferred)

• Contractor and vendor management
