GEM is responsible to manage and drive growth for the full Baxter portfolio across these markets.Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) is a newly created team within GEM that is primarily mandated with:
  • Developing the overall strategy, commercial objectives, and priorities for GEM
  • Identifying the transformation needs and key initiatives required to drive growth
  • Leading and / or supporting the downstream execution of select high-impact strategic initiatives
  • Monitor key transformation projects and programs across GEM
We are now looking for a Project Management Lead to support the STO Leader and the GEM Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in driving the GEM transformation.You will need to be able to demonstrate:

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.
  • Timeline Management: Establish and enforce project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within specified deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of project deliverables and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Education/Professional Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management with a focus on successful project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software for efficient planning and monitoring.
  • Risk Management: Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skill in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges within the project team.
