About the role: The Project coordinator will work along with PM for the end-to-end execution of wind projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and time with high QHSE while adhering to Indian regulatory standards.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, planning, coordination with vendors preparing dashboards and reports and mitigating risks in the dynamic Indian renewables market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments for wind projects.
Oversee project execution including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) coordination, quality control and Safety.
Coordinate with development, procurement ,engineering and other stakeholders for smooth execution of project.
Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Primavera, conducting regular site visits to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to ISO 9001/14001 standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to weather delays, supply chain disruptions, or policy changes and manage change order Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-commissioning handover documentation to senior management and clients.
Contract and claim management during construction phase Ensure all permits and approvals are secured for timely completion of the project.
Coordinate with site construction team to ensure timely construction of projects.
Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the Indian renewables sector (EPC or IPP experience highly desirable).
• Proven track record of delivering large scale wind/ solar /hybrid projects.
Preferred: • Experience with hybrid solar-wind or battery storage integration.
• Knowledge of MS project, Primavera ,MS office, Power BI Skills and Competencies: • Planning ,Scheduling and Project management • Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling and risk analysis and stakeholder management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skill and Proficiency in MS Office.
