Shift and Schedule: Day shift


Salary: ₹12,500.00 - ₹29,973.60 per month


Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement within the civil engineering or construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the purchase and procurement of materials, ensuring that all purchases meet both technical and commercial specifications required for our projects.



RequirementsMain Responsibilities:
  • Procurement of Materials: Purchase and procure materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendors' quotations to ensure they align with the technical and commercial specifications of the project.
  • Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and performance invoices, whether in cash, advance, or COD.
  • Rate and Quotation Arrangement: Arrange for rate and quotation from vendors/suppliers or identify the best vendors for purchasing needs.
  • Negotiation and Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors, ensuring the best quality and price.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring reliable supply chains and addressing any issues that arise.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchase and procurement within the civil engineering or construction industry.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required).
