. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
. Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing
. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
. Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks
. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of bots
. Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security, and compliance standards
. Support bot monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements post-deployment
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

. UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer preferred)
. Experience with enterprise automation or digital transformation projects
. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN)
. Exposure to cloud platforms or AI/ML integration is a plus

. 3-5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
. Strong Python programming experience (scripting, data handling, APIs)
. Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (scheduling, monitoring, deployments)
. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and file handling (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.)
. Exposure to APIs, web services, and system integrations
. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
