Key Competencies:

System Ownership: Act as the MR for IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained at all levels.

Audit Management: * Lead and coordinate Internal Audits.

Core Tools: Implementation and monitoring of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

Documentation: Control and update the Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Control Plans. Ensure version control is strictly followed.

Management Review: Prepare data and presentations for Management Review Meetings (MRM) to update leadership on QMS performance.

CAPA: Drive the Corrective and Preventive Action process using 8D methodology to resolve quality issues.
