Join our software engineering team at the India Development Center in Bangalore. Our team works on process automation applications, configuration tools, communication interfaces, IoT integration, and condition monitoring solutions for critical energy assets. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software components that support real industrial use cases. You will work with senior engineers, domain experts, quality teams, and product teams. You will learn how software connects with automation systems, industrial devices, communication protocols, and data-driven monitoring platforms. You will work in a technology-driven environment focused on high-voltage equipment condition monitoring and digital monitoring solutions for switchgear assets. The role provides exposure to circuit breakers, disconnectors and earthing switches, gas compartments, heater systems, monitoring sensors, communication interfaces, embedded/web-based user interfaces, and data-driven diagnostics. You will contribute to solutions that support early detection of abnormal conditions, predictive and proactive maintenance, improved asset availability, reduced inspection effort, and better operational decision-making. This role also offers opportunities to strengthen domain knowledge in high-voltage products while working with modern industrial software technologies such as IoT integration, industrial AI, digital twins, edge/cloud connectivity, and OT cybersecurity.
