About You:We are looking for a curious builder, innovator, and problem-solver who is passionate about using AI, data, and automation to solve complex business challenges. You may come from a background in software engineering, data science, machine learning, analytics, automation, or related technical disciplines. What matters most is your ability to design scalable solutions, work with ambiguity, and translate business problems into technology-enabled outcomes. While experience in risk management, compliance, or governance is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for candidates with strong technical foundations and a willingness to build expertise in enterprise risk management over time.What we are looking for:AI, Data & Engineering- Strong experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, analytics, or automation with typically 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar technologies and experience building scalable applications, workflows, data pipelines, or AI solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, agentic workflows, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), or related technologies.
- Ability to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade solutions.
Problem Solving & Innovation- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous business problems into clear and actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated curiosity and experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
