The Risk Management & Process Governance Partner will collaborate with the Legal & Compliance leadership on operationalising the risk management strategies including (but not limited to):
providing oversight from a corporate and process governance perspective on adherence to Roche SOPs and processes applicable to enabling functions & cluster teams.
building strong ethical and compliance culture across affiliate
rolling out the global compliance program / initiatives across India affiliate and ensure adherence to it
reviewing and monitoring of HealthCare Compliance and verifying adherence to Roche SOPs and local laws.
providing support to continuously review, undertake testing and ensure audit readiness of the affiliate at all times.
reviewing business initiatives and proposals from a governance, compliance & risk management perspective.
Key Accountability:
In this role, you will review, verify and analyze compliance to Roche SOPs specially:
Company meetings (Promotional, Scientific Exchange, Advisory Board etc.)
Grants, Sponsorships and Donations
Patient Solutions and Access Initiatives
Travel and Entertainment
Follow-up with business process owners in closing CAPA in a timely manner
Local support on audit and investigations
Compiling documents and making such reports as may be required by the Compliance function
Proactively roll-out initiatives to build an ethical culture across the affiliate and do a periodic pulse check
Who you are:
You are a system thinker with strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, compliance and customer experience excellence. With a growth mindset, and experience in agile ways of working you are able to learn and unlearn quickly, take risks and experiment, and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others inside and outside Roche.
You have
A bachelor's degree, having a masters degree a plus
At least 10 years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in compliance functions with sound understanding of the principles of medical governance and compliance
Superior communication,negotiation and influencing skills
Eye for details.
