To achieve the greatest possible return to the company from the use of promotional funds and to deploy display material and point of sales aids to generate the greatest impact on the customer.
To evaluate and report all changed situations, trade and competitive activity to ensure Company maintains market awareness.
Evaluate monthly revenue and traffic results per distributor and take corrective measures as required to retain / sustain fair share thus revenue. Evaluation must encompass proper analysis on revenue on total and per cabin, individual routes, yield per cabin type, class mix per cabin type, MIDT per route/region (for current and future months) and trend analysis as compared to previous years.
Execute, as per the agreed sales strategy of maximum trade agents, corporate account focus, the established call plan of 30 calls a week to maximise / organise field activity for minimum travel and maximum calls using the available time effectively. Ensure all call reports are submitted to the designated departmental head on time, in order to ascertain call effectiveness and improve sales focus on a weekly basis.
