Role Overview:

The Field Sales Operations Manager - APAC will play a pivotal role in optimizing the effectiveness of our field sales teams across the region. This position is designed for a driven individual who excels in operational efficiency, sales process optimization, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales performance through analysis, planning, and coordination of sales strategies across the APAC markets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient territory management plans to optimize sales coverage and penetration in key markets across APAC.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership to develop sales strategies and plans that address regional market needs and opportunities.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across APAC territories.
  • Implement and manage sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including tool and process training, to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Manage the sales budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting on expenditures to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and best practice sharing among sales teams across the region to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that could impact sales strategies and operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business planning, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a focus on field sales operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel within the APAC
  •  region as required.
