This individual will serve as the technical cornerstone for Salesforce initiatives, leading the design of scalable solutions, overseeing enterprise-level implementations and integrations, and promoting best development practices.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with Salesforce Health Cloud is essential.

Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Create and manage integrations with external systems and APIs.
Troubleshoot production issues and enhance platform performance.
Mentor junior developers and foster team development.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
Keep updated with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
