Salesforce Architect – Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, Agentforce, solution architecture, and pre-sales engagements. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Must Have

• Over 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Core technologies including:
• - Sales Cloud
• - Service Cloud
• - Apex
• - Visualforce
• - Lightning Components / LWC
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience defining end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Mandatory experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data models, business processes, and industry best practices.
• Mandatory certifications:

- Salesforce Agentforce Certification

- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and customer data strategy.
• Experience leveraging Agentforce capabilities to build AI-powered customer engagement and service experiences.
• Strong experience in custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Ability to define and manage scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and guide implementation delivery.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define optimal Salesforce solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in:

- Solution definition

- Technical discovery workshops

- Architecture governance

- Estimation and proposal development

- Pre-sales and client solutioning

• Ability to present technical solutions and architecture recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing architecture, governance, and platform best practices.
• Experience implementing complex business solutions using declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills with experience guiding developers, technical leads, and junior architects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification – preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect certification – preferred.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience supporting RFPs, solution estimations, and client presentations during pre-sales engagements.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own Salesforce solution architecture across business and technology streams.
• Lead FSC, Data Cloud, and Agentforce solution implementations.
• Conduct architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.
• Drive solution design aligned with scalability, security, governance, and performance best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide architecture guidance during implementation and deployment phases.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, architecture proposals, and client discussions.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and integration strategies.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, technical leads, and architects.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration and CRM transformation programs.
• Experience working with global delivery teams and enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex delivery programs effectively.
