YOUR TALENT
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizations
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Experience with Agile project management tools and software
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
