The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and performance of the security architecture while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies that support business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall security capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
- Experience in documenting security controls and managing their lifecycle within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security operations and incident response processes in cloud-managed services.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
