We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst -Business Consulting
Principle Responsibilities:
- The key areas of focus for the CDAO function included.The execution and communication of Group Data Strategy & Group Data vision within LOB.
- Representing the LOB at the relevant data governance forums, committees.
- Ensures data is managed consistently and in a controlled manner for various business requirements which is used by different functions.
- Defines, documents and establishes guidelines to manage critical data elements consistently.
- Support DPOs with responses to data protection enquiries and in reviewing Privacy impact assessments.
- Defines principles for identification, use, and documentation for sourcing of data.
- Defines the principles that must be followed for the design, definition and implementation of data models.
- Track the usability of external data and continuously check for the opportunity for optimizing the cost.
- Delivering periodic global data quality scores through extraction, preparation and processing customer, connected party, CARM, Account-Product level data from multiple data sources.
Requirement:
- Good understand about the Data Management Framework and able to relate to all verticals (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Data Security, Data Ethics etc.) within Data Management Charter.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls.
- Understand policy requirements and Wholesale business requirements and be able to translate this to the wider team and stakeholders
- Ensure data privacy initiatives are understood and implemented in the program.
- Work with legal/RC/Compliance team to identify regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions related to data privacy and data protection and advise the project managers with respect to that.
- Support DPOs with responses to data protection enquiries and in reviewing Privacy impact assessments.
- Support internal privacy and compliance audits.
- Review privacy impact assessments completed by the business.
- Ensure all existing & new processes are getting reviewed using Data Visa. Drive items which can be consolidated in the thematic, semi-auto review capabilities.
