We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst – Information Management.

 Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for User Access management process by processing new and change access requests according to the designed process.
• Periodic review of dashboard accesses by monitoring the accesses and ensuring that the unused licenses are recovered.
• Own and manage various Governance processes like Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Data VISA and Migration for Compliance Market Intelligence (MI). Key contact for audit and assurance requests and reviews.
• Responsible for ensuring up to date Glossary and SOPs of reports and dashboards and overseeing periodic reviews of these.
• Be an individual contributor engaging with senior stakeholders across regions/ LoBs and ensure that their expectations are continuously met, and the team can add value to their day-to-day operations.
• Implement effective controls and ensure adherence to procedures & other business specific regulations.
• Understand, assess, and prioritize requirements and new requests submitted on individual projects, updating JIRA sprints and sprint planning where appropriate.
