About The Role

As we invest more into our growth, we’re looking for a talented Senior Associate, Human Resources Manager - who has a strong background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen. You'll be at the epicentre of our operations helping to scale the business and develop our company-wide Human Resource function in conjunction with the stakeholders. Key responsibilities:


  • Build & Run the HR function of the organisation from scratch.
  • Built & Run the Talent Acquisition for the global organisation.
  • Be the single point of contact when it comes to all matters of Human Resources
  • Stakeholder Management to ensure local policies & procedures are in line with global policies.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create, draft & maintain relevant Human Resource Policies for India business.
  • Implement, administer & monitor compliance to Employee Policies
  • Be the single point of contact as the HR representative in the company and help improve employee experiences, manage grievances, handle complaints & disagreements within employees.
  • Identify ways to improve policies & procedures for the company.
  • Prepare offer letters, employee contracts, termination letters & any other contractual documents needed by the business relating to employee contracts.
  • Work with external partners to create a robust training program for the teams when it comes to onboarding employees.
  • Work with the Senior Management to build a robust Performance Management system including goal setting, performance appraisal, and career development planning.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, including staffing files, HR data and HR documentation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create and operate a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process to ensure we are making high quality hiring decisions in a timely manner.
  • Develop a robust interview process across the company and its global locations by designing assessment techniques within your team and across stakeholder groups.
  • Participate & lead campus recruitment and walk-in drives (as and when needed)
  • Develop, Monitor & Report key talent acquisition metrics, establishing accountability and using data to influence decisions.
